Return & Exchange Policy

Your utmost satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with a purchase, we offer a 2-day return policy and a 10-day exchange policy for your convenience.

Items Eligible for Return

A) Damaged Packaging or Product:

• If you receive a damaged product or tampered packaging, please refuse the package and return it to the delivery person.
• Contact us at contact@seestore.in with your Order ID, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost once the original product is received back.

B) Dislike the Product:

• If you are not satisfied with the product, you can initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving the shipment.
• Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Place your return request here.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Return requests made after 2 days of receiving the shipment.
• Customized products.
• Items showing physical damage or missing original packaging/tags.
• Partial returns for special offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free).

Important Notes

• Return requests via email, social media, or phone calls will not be accepted.
• If a return is not completed within the given timeframe, a store credit valid for 6 months will be issued instead.
• Always take a receipt when handing over the return product to the courier. Proof of return is mandatory in case of lost shipments.
• For missing items, an unboxing video is required to validate your claim.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product in its original condition.
• If a product is not handed over during pick-up for return/exchange, you will need to self-ship it at your own cost.
• Free gifts (if any) must be returned if an order is returned.

Exchange Policy

• We offer a 10-day exchange policy to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Once the original product is received, the replacement will be shipped within 5-7 business days, depending on availability.

Important Notes:

• Customized products are not eligible for exchange.
• For lower-value exchanges, store credit valid for 6 months will be issued for the difference amount.
• Exchanged products cannot be returned or exchanged again.
• Discounts are not applicable on exchange orders.
• Partial exchanges are allowed for special offers like Buy 1 Get 1 Free.

• Always record an unboxing video upon receiving your order. This will help resolve any issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products efficiently.
