2. Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Shipping
- Orders within India are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.
International Shipping
- International orders may take 18 to 20 working days for delivery.
- Shipping charges for international orders are calculated during checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
Delivery Policy
- If your order is received in poor condition or the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us at seestore@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Return and Exchange Policy
Return Policy
- You can initiate a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges can be requested within 10 days of receiving the product.
- Customized products and gift boxes are not eligible for exchange.
Important Notes
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated through your account on our website. Requests via email, social media, or phone will not be accepted.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 4-7 business days. COD order refunds will require bank details for processing.
- An unboxing video is required for claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect products.
4. Payment Policy
- We accept payments via major VISA or Razorpay credit/debit cards through our secure payment gateway.
- Transactions are processed in INR (Indian National Rupee), and applicable taxes are included in the final price.
5. Offers and Promotions
- Special offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 2 Free require the return or exchange of the entire order if applicable. Partial exchanges are allowed only for specific items.
- Free gifts included with your order must also be returned in case of a return request.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure that the product is handed over to the courier during the scheduled pick-up for returns or exchanges. If not, self-shipping at the customer’s expense will be required.
- Maintain proof of return via receipt (physical or digital).
